Preliminary ROE Removal Process

The Preliminary Roe Removal Process allows removal of all or selected preliminary ROE's. This process allows the preliminary ROE file to be cleared out for any or all old preliminary ROE's either before or after a set of preliminary ROE's are processed. Each employee may only have one preliminary ROE and the Preliminary ROE Creation process will not create a new preliminary ROE when an employee has an existing preliminary ROE.

The report lists the following:

• Employee number and name
• ROE Employer Constant number
• The preliminary ROE status date
• Total number of preliminary ROE's removed
