The HRIS Plan Code Maintenance allows a means of defining the Employee Plan codes that apply to this payroll. The codes defined here will be used for validation of Employee Plan codes under the Pay Screen field HRIS CLASS / PLAN for Employee Additions and Employee Changes. The HRIS Employee Code Loading Process is then used to global add or change this field for the applicable employee groups.
