HRIS Employee Class Maintenance

The HRIS Employee Class Maintenance allows a means of defining the Employee Class codes that apply to this payroll. The codes defined here will be used for validation of Employee Class codes under the Pay Screen field HRIS CLASS / PLAN for Employee Additions and Employee Changes. The HRIS Employee Code Loading Process is then used to globally add or change this field for the applicable employee groups.

NOTE: The Employee Class Code values of N/A may be used for employees where the HRIS extraction does not apply and the code N/A does not need to be defined.

The Class code is not mandatory for One-Trust reporting.  You may define a Class code and attach it for One-Trust but the code will not be reported back to One-Trust.

Cancel    Select to exit the program and return to menu system.

Insert       Select to add a new Employee Class code.

Modify     Select to modify the current Employee Class code description.

Delete     Select to delete the current Employee Class Code.

Report     Select to generate a report of all Employee Class Codes.
