The ONTARIO SBCI EXTACT PROFILE module is used to control selection criteria for the SBCI Extract process. This is a global profile used by all payrolls.
Permanent Position Type Codes
Enter ‘I’ followed by the slash and a list of Position Type Codes, separated by a comma, to define a list of position code types to be included on the Permanent extract.
Enter ‘E’ followed by the slash and a list of Position Type Codes, separated by a comma, to define a list of position code types to be excluded on the Permanent extract.
Permanent Assignment Type Codes
Enter ‘I’ followed by the slash and a list of Assignment Type Codes, separated by a comma, to define a list of assignment code types to be included on the Permanent extract.
Enter ‘E’ followed by the slash and a list of Assignment Type Codes, separated by a comma, to define a list of assignment code types to be excluded on the Permanent extract.
LTO Position Code Types
Enter ‘I’ followed by the slash and a list of Position Type Codes, separated by a comma, to define a list of position code types to be included on the LTO extract.
Enter ‘E’ followed by the slash and a list of Position Type Codes, separated by a comma, to define a list of position code types to be excluded on the LTO extract.
LTO Assignment Type Codes
