Online Absence Interface Report

The Online Absence Interface Report shows contents of the online absence interface file. Selection by payroll ID, batch number, interface date and employees is available for the report.

Payroll Id

  • Enter a valid Payroll ID for the selection of online absence interface entries.

Batch Number

  • Enter a valid range for the batch numbers for reporting the absence interface entries. Entries belonging to the matching batch numbers will be considered for reporting. Partial entry of batch numbers is acceptable and entries from batches that match the entered data will be considered for reporting.

Interface Date

  • Enter a valid date range in (YY)YYMMDD  format to select absence interface records. All interface records within the specified date range will be considered for reporting.

Employee Selection

  • Enter a valid range of employee numbers for your district to select absence interface records. All interface records belonging to employees within and including the specified number range will be considered for reporting.
