Timesheet Entry Interface Menu

The Timesheet Entry Interface Menu gives you access to the modules that control the export of the absence and dispatch information from HR to Payroll (Online Payroll System) so that absences can be recorded and replacement employees paid. The purpose of these modules is to eliminate much of the tedious work of entering timesheets.

Options 1-4 give you access to the modules that control the interface of absences. Options 5-8 give you access to the modules that manage the interface of replacement employee data. The options are listed on the menu in the order they should be run.

Options 1 and 5 (Costing Module) Must be run before any of the others can be. This process will load the absence/dispatch record with pay and costing information that is necessary for the interface. Options 2 and 6 (Maintenance Modules) let you modify of the pay and costing information loaded in the costing module. Options 3 and 7 let you report on the pay and costing records, while options 4 and 8 interface the information into the payroll system.
