The Amendment Reports Menu gives you access to the amendment reports. Amendments are created when changes are made to absences or dispatches that have been timesheet entry interfaced into payroll. Normally, when an interfaced absence or dispatch entry is changed, two amendments will be created, one with a negative time unit reversing the original entry, and another one for the entry. If an interfaced record is deleted, a single amendment reversing the original entry will be created. These amendments will be automatically picked up the next time the timesheet entry interface is run.
Not all changes are amended. For this reason, it is important you discuss this feature with TSC before enabling it.
