Once a password record is created, you will be taken to the Security Password Sub-Menu.
Regular Security
This option is used to set up the list of modules in which the operator’s access will be restricted based on Allow, Disallow, or Tailored Menu.
Regular Security MUST be set up for the operator before the other types of special security can be accessed.
Adhoc Security
This option is used to restrict which options can be accessed from the Favourites feature.
BAS GL Security
This option allows the system manager to restrict the BAS GL account codes that this operator may use.
BAS Vendor Security
This option allows the system manager to restrict the BAS vendor codes that this operator may use.
BAS Payable Type Security
This option allows the system manager to restrict the BAS payable type codes that this operator may use.
Location Security
Location security allows the system manager to control the location for which a user may enter Purchasing Requisitions or Attendance Records.
Authorizer Security
Authorizer Security allows the system manager to control who may authorize Purchasing Requisitions or Attendance records entered at a specific location.
Remote Print Security
Remote File Print Security allows the system manager to specify remote print options that will be available to a user’s account.
