What we’re doing
We’re introducing a new User Account Manager for Atrieve that puts user administration directly in the hands of district administrators.
Today, many routine user account requests—such as creating new users, updating access, or disabling accounts—require assistance from our support team. With this enhancement, districts will be able to manage these tasks themselves through a simple, secure interface within Atrieve.
The new User Account Manager will allow authorized administrators to:

Create new user accounts quickly for staff members joining the district

Update user details and permissions as roles or responsibilities change

Disable accounts when staff leave or no longer require access

Manage user access in real time, without waiting for support requests to be processed

District users who have access to Administration > Atrieve Web > Security will see a new User Management menu option. Selecting User Management will open the new Manage User Accounts page, where administrators can view and manage user accounts.
