User Account Audit Report
Overview
The User Account Audit Report provides a detailed history of all changes made to user accounts in Atrieve Web.
This report helps administrators:

Monitor user account activity

Track who made changes and when
-
Review updates to user access and settings
-
Support internal security and audit requirements
All actions performed through the User Account Manager are automatically recorded.
Accessing the Audit Report

Navigate to Atrieve Web > Security > Security Reports > User Account Audit Report.
The report selection screen will open.
Report Selection Criteria
You can filter the report using the following criteria:

Date Range |
Select a From and To date to view changes within a specific time period. |

Employee Number |
Enter or search for a specific employee to view changes related to their account. |
Only users created or managed through the User Account Manager will be available for selection.
Report Details
The report displays a record of all user account changes, including:

Actions Tracked
The report includes the following types of actions:

Add (ADD) – A new user account was created

Change (CHA) – An existing user account was updated

Copy (COP) – Settings were copied from another user during account creation
Types of Changes Recorded
The audit report captures changes made across user account settings, including:
Account Status

Tracks when a user is set to Active or Disabled
Copy Activity

Records when settings are copied from one user to another
-
Includes both:

The source user (copied from)
-
The new user (copied to)
-
Environment Access
-
Tracks when access to environments (menus) is added or removed
Password Changes
-
Records that a password was changed
-
For security reasons, password values are not displayed
Email Address

Tracks updates to the user’s email address
Viewing and Exporting the Report
The User Account Audit Report can be:

Viewed directly within Atrieve Web
-
Exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis or record keeping
Important Notes

All changes made through the User Account Manager are automatically recorded.

The audit trail includes:

Who made the change
-
When the change was made
-
What was changed (before and after values, where applicable)

Password values are never displayed in the report.

Audit data supports internal review, compliance, and troubleshooting.
