The Vendor Location Entry module allows you to associate vendors with specific locations. Each vendor can be assigned only one location. You can change an existing location on the vendor file by using this module.
Vendor

Enter a valid vendor number and the vendor address and class will display. A blank vendor will terminate vendor location entry. Vendor lookup is available with the magnifying glass.
Location

Enter a valid location code from the location code database and the location description will display. If the vendor already has a location code, it will appear as the default. The vendor location code lookup is available by selecting the magnifying glass.
Options
The program will then ask if you wish to update the vendor.

Enter Y if you wish to save the vendor with the new location .

Enter N if you wish to move on to another vendor.
