The Quote Request Maintenance module allows buyers to perform maintenance on quote requests created through Buyer Processing. The buyer code must be entered and a list of all open quote requests for the buyer will be displayed.
To work with one requisition only at a time, enter the requisition number to select from a list of open requisitions currently assigned to your buyer number.The Quote Request Selection screen allows a buyer to add or remove requisition line items from an existing quote request. The quote number and buyer number display automatically. Maintenance on the quote request is possible as long as an invitation to bid has not been sent to any vendors.
