Manitoba RPNTE Starting Salary Report

The Manitoba RPNTE Starting Salary Report generates a listing of employees on one or more selected pension deductions. The purpose of this report is to list the employee's status, SIN, FTE and salary at the beginning of the year. The employee's salary is calculated based on the function line earnings included premiums, when applicable.

Enter Pension deductions for selection

• Enter up to 25 deduction codes to be used for employee selection. Only employees with one of the deduction codes defined will be included on the report.

Enter Pay Code Include / Exclude

• Enter 'E' to indicate the following list of pay codes will be excluded from the salary calculation.
• Enter 'I' to indicate the following list of pay codes will be included in the salary calculation.

Enter Pay Codes

• Enter 1 to 25 pay codes to be included or excluded from the salary calculation.

Report by Employee # Or Name

• Enter 'N' to sort the report by employee name.
• Enter 'E' to sort the report by employee number

Report Employees Terminated / On Leave / Both

The Report lists the following:

• The employee name(s)
• Employee status
• Employee SIN
• FTE
• Salary rounded to a whole number.
