The Manitoba RPNTE Pension Adjustments screen allows you to adjust the pension information generated through the RPNTE Pension Generation. These adjustments allow you to change any values required before submitting the pension report to the pension authorities. After changes are made to the pension records the pension report would be recreated using the RPNTE Pension Report process.
Employee Number

Enter the employee number to access the records for this employee. Use look-up to select the employee by name.
Add/Change/Delete/Next/New Employee

Enter 'A' to add a new record for this employee. Selecting Add will clear the prompts and allow a new record to be entered.

Enter 'C' to change any values on the current record.

Enter 'N' to access the next record for the current employee. If this is the last employee or the last record for this employee, the program displays the message 'LAST Record'. Otherwise, it will display the next record in sequence for this employee.

Enter 'E' to return to the Employee Number prompt to exit or access a new employee.
Get First Record/New Employee
Enter 'E' to end review of the current employee and return to the employee number prompt.
Enter 'G' to display the first record of the current employee.
The pension adjustment screen contains the following fields.
Status
Enter the code to identify the employment status.

Enter 1 for full time and enter 2 for non full time.
Earnings

Enter the amount of earnings to be recorded for this transaction.
Employee Contributions

Enter the amount for the employee contributions which corresponds to the earnings on this record.
Employer Contributions
-
Enter the amount which corresponds to the employer contribution associated with the earnings and employee contributions on this record.
Voluntary Contributions

Enter the amount for the employee voluntary contributions for this transaction.
LTD Employee Contributions
-
Enter the amount for the employee LTD contributions.
LTD Employer Contributions

Enter the amount for the employer LTD contributions.
Pensionable Hours

Enter the amount for the pensionable hours for this transaction.
Annual Pensionable Hours

Enter the amount for the annual pensionable hours for this transaction.
OCCUPATION Code

Enter the numeric value to 2 decimals of accuracy for the service contribution to be recorded for the earnings on this record.
