Manitoba MSBA Pension Generation Report

The Manitoba MSBA Pension Generation Report lists all the regular and voluntary pension figures for reporting of the MSBA pension. All reported values can be adjusted as necessary through Manitoba MSBA Pension Adjustments option. The reporting of the modified pension information is then recreated through the Manitoba MSBA Pension Report.

Enter Pension Reporting Year

Enter the pension year to be used for this report.

Enter Regular Pension Deduction Codes

Enter one or up to 5 pension deduction codes to be reported. These deductions should represent the employee's and employer regular pension and will be source of the employee's pensionable earnings.

Enter Voluntary Pension Deduction Codes

Enter one or up to 5 pension deduction codes to report the employee's voluntary pension contributions.

Enter Administration Fee Deduction Codes

Enter one or up to 5 pension deduction codes to report the administration fee, when applicable. These deductions must not be included in the above prompts.

Enter Starting Pay Period

Enter the starting pay period for a range of pay periods to be reported.

Enter Ending Pay Period

Enter the ending payroll period for a range of pay periods to be reported.

Report All or Selected Employees

Report by Employee Number or Name

Enter 'E' to produce the report in employee number sequence.
Enter 'N' to produce the report in employee name sequence.

The report lists the following:

Employee number, name and SIN
Employee's pension eligible earnings
Employee's regular pension contribution
Employer regular pension contribution
Employee's voluntary contribution, if applicable
Employer administration fee, if applicable
Total remittance per employee
Employee's current hire date when the hire date is applicable to the year prior to the reporting year
Employee's termination date when date is applicable to reporting year
Totals
