There are two tasks that have been configured for EJP that display on the Tasks page. Note that these tasks are view only and the task setting cannot be modified in the UI. If a district would like to change the default values for a task they will need to contact atrieve Support.

This controls how often the task will run that pushes data to/from EJP.
For example:-
new job postings created in atrieveHR will be pushed to EJP every 15 minutes

applicants that are short listed in EJP will have their application information pushed to atrieve every 15 minutes
If you want to trigger the task to run before the next scheduled execution time, click on the checkbox next to the task name and then click the button Trigger now

KeepAlive

This controls the EJP timeout when there is inactivity – so essentially this task keeps the EJP system 'alive'. This task is set to every 5 min so that there is no delay when an atrieve user or external applicant signs in.
