Note that this document does not describe how to create a job posting in atrieveHR, only tie-ins to EJP are described. For more information about how to create a job posting in atrieveHR refer to your knowledge centre.

In atrieveHR create your job posting, be sure to enter the job description/requirements in comments, as this is what will display in EJP when the applicant reviews the job posting.

Next click on the External Posting button.

On the External Job Posting Fields Screen, enter additional information applicable to the job posting, such as the posting date, the posting close date and time and the category.

Next, select 1 or more hiring managers to associate to the posting. The hiring manager(s) once logged into EJP will have access to the posting so that they can review external applications and select candidates to shortlist.
Note that the district can control whether or not a hiring manager will have access to only those postings that they are assigned to or if they will have access to all postings for the districts. -
A system task runs at the district defined interval (i.e. every 10 minutes) and when it runs it pushes the job posting created in atrieveHR to EJP.
