Atrieve Human Resources

General EJP Process

The following is the basic sequence of events from HR creating a job posting to a new applicant applying to a job posting, to being short listed, and ultimately being selected to fulfill a position.

  1. HR administrator creates the job posting in atrieveHR, and selects the 'External Posting'
option to send the posting to the External Job Posting system.

  2. External individuals can register for EJP; create their profile, upload documents, and apply to open job postings in the district.

  3. HR administrators and/or hiring managers will review applications and can short list those applicants that would be good candidates for the posted position. Once an applicant is short listed their personal demographic information, subjects & levels and certification information is sent to atrieveHR which creates an external employee number (AP#).

  4. When an applicant is approved to be hired, the approving supervisor runs the employee renumber in atrieveHR to change the AP# to an employee number.

  5. An email is generated to the new employee to direct them to the HR workflows area to fill in their paperwork.
