Load Seniority from Storage Banks Process

The Load Seniority From Storage Banks Process loads the HR seniority with the Payroll online storage bank balance. You should use this process if you are not interested in replicating the storage bank detail information from Payroll in the HR adjustment system. Using this process allows you to skip the seniority adjustment menu options. This will greatly simplify and speed up your seniority processing.

Seniority Codes

• Enter up to 10 seniority code(s) to load from payroll. Search for valid seniority codes. Leave blank and Enter Key to move the cursor to the next prompt.

Employee Categories

Preliminary/Final Run      

• Enter 'P' to run this process in preliminary mode. A preliminary run will only create a report of the seniority that it will bring over from the payroll storage banks when you run this process in final mode.
• Enter 'F' to run this process in final mode. A final run will load the seniority over from the payroll storage banks.
