Seniority Adjustment Comparison Report

The Seniority Adjustment Comparison Report compares each seniority amount per employee to the total seniority adjustments to see if their are any inconsistencies. The results from this could potentially be different from the Load Seniority With Adjustments process. This is because the load seniority process reads and totals all the seniority adjustments and compares the total to the seniority total. It is possible that there could be manually created seniority records without corresponding adjustments. This report will find these types of situations.
