CRC Employee Record Additions

Normally, you will have no need to add the employees manually. This task is mainly handled by the CRC Employee Selection process. However, you can add an employee record under special circumstances.

Employee

Enter an Employee number that you wish to Add the data for. Leave this field blank and the system will return to previous menu.

C.R.C. Date

Enter a valid date in YYYYMMDD or YYMMDD format. For Add function the date you enter must be After the latest CRC date in the file. This is done to protect the History of all the CRC records for this employee.

C.R.C. Status

Enter a valid CRC status for this employee as of the above date. You cannot enter 'Extracted' status because this task is handled by the extract function.

Enter a comment for this record (up to 70 characters). It is for district use/reference only.
