The Print Device Profile allows you to select the standard print devices that a user is allowed to use, based on the master print device profile. You may select none or all of the print devices that your system lists. This profile is function key driven so there are no fields to enter. The following documentation is for users requiring more than 12 print devices. Refer to Appendix AP before attempting to use.
<UP>
Moves the highlight bar up one line. If you are at the top of the screen and not on the first page, then you will be moved to the previous page.
<DOWN>
Moves the highlight bar down one line. If you are at the bottom of the screen and not on the last page, then you will be moved to the next page.
<NEXT_SCREEN>
Moves you to the next page if there is one.
<PREV_SCREEN>
Moves you to the previous screen if there is one.
<SELECT>
Select or de-selects (toggle) the print device you are on.
<ENTER>
Accepts any changes and exits the program.
S
Selects all the print devices.
R
Removes all selected print devices.
B
Sets up the default print device to use when you have selected your processing to run in batch. You cannot use this when you are on output to screen or slave printer. If the print device is not currently selected, it will be.
O
Sets up the default print device to use when you have selected your processing to run on-line. If the print device is not currently selected, it will be.
Q
Quits the program without saving any changes.
