The creation, editing, import and export menu for EEW can be found on the web portal under the Tools > Reporting & eForms > eForm Maintenance view. Your PS Specialist will work with you to determine your form requirements and create the forms using the Form Designer.
Note: The Forms won't show on the web until the Form Initiation Code has been setup.
