The External File Print option like the print user-defined report parameters is used to print the content of the external file as defined and modified through the external file creation and external file changes modules defined above. This can be used in conjunction with the user-defined report as a means of reconciling the dollar figures shown on the report. This report will indicate every report line defined and show all the sets of GL or sub-ledger accounts that are associated with that particular print line.
