The External File Delete procedure allows the user to delete one of the GL selection records related to one of the print lines defined within an external file report. The procedure is like that of the external file changes defined above. The difference is when you indicate the specific GL selection record, the system will display it on the screen and ask you if you wish to delete (click Yes or No).
