The Delete External File option on the screen is designed for the deletion of the external file definition. In this case, the menu displays lists the various external files and you identify the external file you wish to delete.
The file deleted is BAEX##.DAT. The '##' is replaced by the menu number for the selected file to delete. In addition, the reference to the file is removed from BAUSØØ.CTL. This file is used to display the menu of external files.
