Web Timesheet Soft Delete

The Web Timesheet Soft Delete option allows you to toggle the soft delete feature on an employee’s Web Timesheet.  This feature will turn the soft delete on / off. A soft deleted record will be ignored by the Web Timesheet processes and the record will not be reported nor imported into payroll.  Records already import cannot be soft deleted.

Payroll ID

By default, the current payroll’s id will be supplied

Employee

Select the applicable employee.  To search for the employee by name, select the lookup icon and type part of the last name. 

This prompt will allow for invalid employees as the need to soft delete a record may be for an invalid entry.

Pay Period

Enter the applicable pay period

This prompt will allow for invalid pay periods as the need to soft delete a record may be for an invalid period value.

When a Web Timesheet is found for the employee and period defined,

Select Applicable Button

Click the Delete button to toggle the soft delete on / off.

Click the New button to select a new employee.

Click the Next button to move to this employee’s next record.

Click Cancel to exit this process and return to the menu.
