The Saskatchewan Civic Pension Adjustments screen allows you to adjust the pension information generated through the Saskatchewan Civic Pension Generation. These adjustments allow you to change any values required before submitting the pension report to the pension authorities. After changes are made to the pension records the pension report would be recreated using the Saskatchewan Civic Pension Report process.

Enter the employee number to access the records for this employee.
Get First Record/New Employee

Select 'First Record' to display the first record for this employee.

Select 'New Employee' to enter another employee.
The pension adjustment screen contains the following fields:
Regular Earnings

Enter the amount for pensionable earnings for the employee for the pay period
Pension Contributions

Enter the amount for the employee contributions which corresponds to the earnings on this record.
Enhanced Contributions

Enter the amount which corresponds to the employees enhanced contributions on this record.
Past Service Contributions

Enter the amount for the contributions for buy backs during the pay period.
LTD Contributions

Enter the amount for the LTD contributions for the pay period.
Worked Hours

Enter the pensionable worked hours.
Regular Hours

Enter the pensionable regular hours.
Start Date

Enter the start date of the pay period.
End Date

Enter the end date of the pay period. Use the employee's Termination date when the Termination date is earlier than the pay period end date.
Payment Date

Enter the actual payment date of earnings. This is usually equal to the deposit or cheque date of the ending pay period.
Target Date

Enter the effective date for the allocation of the payments in the transaction. This is usually equal to the period end date.
