What we’re doing:

We’ve addressed a mobile usability issue affecting the Atrieve portal when the Insights Home page is enabled. Previously, logging in from a mobile device would cause the screen layout to compress, resulting in the hamburger menu appearing as a small, unrecognizable rectangle—or disappearing altogether.

This created confusion for users trying to navigate the portal. Our team has implemented layout improvements to ensure that the menu remains visible and accessible when using mobile devices, even with Insights turned on.

You’ll have a smoother experience when accessing Atrieve from your phone. Navigation is now more intuitive, with a clearly visible menu icon that behaves as expected—no more guesswork or workaround needed. This means a more consistent experience across desktop and mobile.
