Access to the Portal Authentication Page can be granted in Menu Builder. Select a menu Role to add the menu item to, then click on Modify. You can then locate the new menu item under Tools > Security & Setup > Menu Builder. Move the menu item from the Available list to Selected and then click Save. Role Based Security permissions must also be applied by going to Tools > Security & Setup > Role Based Security. Move the ‘View Audit Log Entries’ into Selected Permissions from the Authentication Service product drop-down.
Note that the user will see the new menu item once they have re-authenticated (i.e. once they log out and then back in)
