Compliance: As of October 15, 2025 extract, BCPSEA will expect data element 22, BCCT Certification.

• Although the Atrieve EDAS Extract has always loaded data for Element 22, districts may need to check their configuration and map their codes. From the web portal, go to:

  Payroll > Reporting > BCPSEA Profiles > Certification Code

  • Align your Atrieve Teaching Certificate Codes with the appropriate BCPSEA Code.

  • If you do not see the correct Atrieve Teaching Certificate codes, you may need to adjust the following profile:

  Payroll > Reporting > BCPSEA Profiles > General Profile > PRM Certification Class Codes

  • If you’re unsure of what your class code(s) should be, run the Certificate Hierarchy Report:

    • In Atrieve HR > HR Demographics > Certification and Training > Certificates > Certificate Hierarchy Report. Click Run (do not enter anything in Certificate Type prompt).

      • Locate your teaching certificate codes in the report. The class is printed in the column to the left of the codes. Add the identified class to the General Profile.
