Clearing Browser Cache
Question
Why do I need to clear my browser cache, especially after receiving an Atrieve release update?
Answer
Your internet browser's cache stores certain information (snapshots) of webpages you visit on your computer or mobile device so that they will load more quickly. Occasionally, however, your cache can prevent you from seeing updated content, or cause functional problems when stored content conflicts with live content. You can fix many browser problems simply by clearing your cache.
Please see instructions below for a guide on clearing cache for your specific browser and configuring your browser to clear cache on exit.
Clearing your browser cache will not solve every issue. However, this is a good first step to take when troubleshooting any technical issues.
