1. When a customer is being setup first time with no map and Import setting is 'Use Cardholder GL', then during mapping: system was prompting for GL Account mapping. This is fixed now, system will now not prompt for GL Account mapping.

2. In import file if Cardholder number has spaces in between, after import these spaces are being truncated and number is being masked correctly. Before fix, masking was not happening.
