The T4A Inquiry allows you to view any T4A that has been printed by the Print T4A's program. You can select T4A's by either social insurance number or by vendor number.
When this program is selected from the main menu, these menus will display:
Year
-
Enter the year you want to inquire on. If no year is entered, you will be returned to the main menu.
Vendor
If you know the vendor number for the T4A you want to inquire on, enter it here. If you don't know the vendor number, use the lookup and you will be prompted for the SIN.
SIN
If you entered a vendor number, the SIN will be filled in. If you did not enter a vendor number, enter the SIN for the T4A you want to inquire on. If you left the SIN prompt and the vendor prompt blank you will be prompted again for the year. If either SIN# or vendor number were entered, the T4A will display and this prompt will appear:
