The Reset Batch in Use Flag is used to remove the batch in use flag. When you use a batch for data entry it is marked as in use. If you exit from the program abnormally, this flag is still set. This program resets the flag so that the batch can be used again.
This program must be used to reset the 'in use flag' if you have used the option in the Master Profile (8,7,1 #8) that stops data entry programs from overriding the 'in use flag'.
There is one prompt which asks for the batch number. If the flag is set, a question appears asking if the flag should be reset. If the flag is not set, or the batch does not exist, a message will appear and there will be a prompt for another batch.
