The program duplicates the Pay Estimate program but for multiple employees and over multiple periods, including future periods. It does not mimic processes for such things as Increment banks where a level jump may result in an increase in the Grid for that position. These still need to be calculated manually.
The process uses the Salary Grid on the Function line and any new values in the salary grid database. A new Grid 12 can be created and when running the Projection Procedure, you can tell the system to look at the new grid amounts in Grid 12 instead of the current grid on their function line. The Benefits are based on rates on benefits and deductions on the employee at the time the projection is run.
