The PEBT Group Code Maintenance allows a means of defining the Employee Group Codes that apply to this payroll. The codes defined here will be used for validation of Employee Group Codes under the Pay Screen field = PEBT Group/Basis for Employee Additions and Employee Changes. The PEBT Employee Code Loading Process is then used to global add or change this field for the applicable employee groups.
Note: The Employee Group Code values of N/A may be used for employees where the PEBT HRIS extraction does not apply and the code N/A does not need to be defined.
