The PEBT Global HRIS Cycle Number Override option allows you to adjust the PEBT cycle number to be used by the PEBT Global HRIS Export Process. The PEBT HRIS extract file contains an incrementing cycle number that must only be incremented when the extract file is submitted. Your extract file will be rejected if this cycle number is out of sequence. The PEBT Global HRIS Export Process automatically manages this cycle number and only increments this cycle number when an export file is created. The re-report option uses the existing cycle number. This override feature is for those times when the export option is run for create more than once. You would just adjust the cycle number and use the re-report option to generate the extract file with the correct cycle number.
