Temporary Accounts Maintenance

To view a listing of temporary user accounts that have been issued, navigate to the 'Temporary Accounts Maintenance' menu option.

This grid includes the following:

  • Authentication ID – in the case of onboarding the value for this column will be the email address of the new hire

  • Emp No. – if the individual being hired is a rehire i.e. had previously been employed by the district then their previous employee number will display. If the individual being hired applied through the External Job Posting module, then the temporary employee number will display. If a brand-new hire, and the new hire has not completed the onboarding forms then the employee number field will be blank.

  • Domain – for onboarding the value in this column will be 'Onboarding Controller'

  • Requested By – this column will display the name of the person who initiated the onboarding process to supply the new hire with temporary access to the onboarding portal

  • Requested Date – this column displays the date that the temporary onboarding account was created

  • Enabled – values include Y – yes and N – no

Edit 

  • To change whether an account is enabled or not, click the Edit button. Note: If set to 'disabled', the user tied to that temporary account will be prevented from signing into the onboarding portal.

Delete 

  • To delete a temporary account click the Delete button. Note: If a temporary account is deleted, the user will no longer be able to sign into the onboarding portal and will no longer be able to search for this temporary account.

Search/Filter

  • All columns include search/filtering capabilities. For example, to search for 'John Smith', enter Smith in the Authentication ID search field and choose 'enter'. The results of the grid will be filtered to only include those records that have 'Smith' in the name.

  • Note: to change the filter operator, click on the filter icon, and then select from the following options:

    • contains

    • is equal to

    • is not equal to

    • starts with

    • ends with

    • does not contain
