Select the 'External Job Posting Applicant' option if the district is using the External Job Posting module to collect applicant information.

Once signed in to atrieveERP, navigate to the 'Employee Onboarding' menu item, the Employee Onboarding page will display. Select External Job Posting Applicant.

Search for the new hire by entering their temporary employee number (i.e. AP10234) or name

The applicants email address will be populated automatically once the individual is selected

The selected form field displays the default form based on the District's configuration setup, but can be modified by clicking the down arrow and selecting a different form

A copy of the email can be sent to an HR person (blind cc'd). A default email recipient can be defined in the Onboarding Web Profile but can be modified by the email recipient by simply entering a new email address in the field provided.

The email subject line is pre-defined but can be modified, if necessary.

The email message is pre-defined but can be modified, if necessary. Caution: if the outgoing message is edited be sure not to alter or remove the parameter fields {0} or {1}. These fields are populated by the system when the email is sent to include the employees name {0} and the specific website URL to access onboarding {1}.

One all information is correct, click Send and the system will send the appropriate email notifications to the new employee, with credentials and instructions to begin the onboarding process.

To clear all information entered, click Reset and the fields will be set back to their default values.
