Most of the information submitted to the MOE is driven by employee assignments, and all assignments must have a position, therefore the most efficient means of reporting information like time allotments is by placing the information on the positions. This means that you will not need to update individual employees. Once positions are updated the data will then be associated with employees that have this position on their assignments.
Position User-Defined Field Labels
The extract will also leverage three (3) of the user-defined position code fields. To customize the labels on these fields, go to HR Setup & Maintenance > System Setup > User Defined Field Description Profile > Profile Changes > Key Field “Position”. Make the following updates:
