The Seminar Paid By Code is used to track who paid what portion of the seminar costs.
The Subject Code is optional and is meant to track the subject of the seminar.
The Location Code is also optional and can be the location at which the employee regularly works or the location at which the seminar is being held.
The seminar attendance sub system can be used to track the number and cost of seminars or courses employees attend. Costs can be broken down into four categories: seminar, housing, travel, and other.
