Employee Seminar Cost Report 

The Employee Seminar Cost Report lists the contents of the seminar file emphasizing the four different cost categories: seminar, housing, travel, and other. Selection criteria which includes start date, approved date, credited date, reimbursed date, seminar type, location, paid by minimum days, minimum cost, and employee lets you extract extremely useful information. You can also sort the report by employee, seminar type, location, and paid by.

Start Date  

  • Enter the starting and ending seminar start dates to report. This will report all employee costs for seminars attended during this time.

Approved Date

  • Enter the starting and ending approval dates to report. This will report on all employee costs for seminars approved during this time.

Credited Date

  • Enter the starting and ending credited dates to report. This will report all employee costs for seminars credited during this time.

Reimbursed Date  

  • Enter the starting and ending reimbursement dates to report. This will select all employee costs for seminars reimbursed during this time.

Seminar Type 

  • Enter the seminar type code to report. Search for available seminar types. Enter key to select all seminar types to report.

Location 

  • Enter the seminar location code to report. Search for available location codes. Press Enter key to select all seminar locations to report.

Paid By

  • Enter the seminar paid by codes to report. Search for available seminar paid by codes. Enter key to select all seminar paid by codes.

Minimum Days

  • Enter the minimum days to report on. Only employee costs for seminars that are greater than/equal to the minimum days entered will be reported.

Minimum Cost

  • Enter the minimum cost to report. Only employees attending seminars where the cost equals or exceeds this value will be reported.

Include Comment

  • Enter 'Y' to include the comments field from the seminar entry screen.

  • Enter 'N' to exclude the comments from this report.
