The Special Skills Entry Menu gives you access to programs which maintain information on the skills of employees. The standard four maintenance modules and one reporting module let you add, change, delete, view, and report on employee skills. Such skills may include reading Braille, Sign language, etc.
To use the special skills sub system, you must first create the database items.
