The Employee Master Inquiry lets you view information throughout the entire HR system from a single screen. Enter the number of the employee you want to view information, and then move the cursor to the information you want to view, and click on submit. This is an ideal program to place on your adhoc menu so you can access it from any menu or screen within HR.
This program is ideal to do quick employee inquiries while in the middle of data entry on different screens. For example, you may be in the middle of absence entry when someone calls and wants to know an employee's phone number or address.
This program accesses the Security Management System to ensure that employees can only view information to which they are privy. To view information in each specific area, a person must have inquiry access to that particular screen.

Enter the employee number to access. Search to view all employees.
Once an employee number has been entered, click on a selection from the list of available areas, then click on the select button
