Employee Entitlement Report

The Employee Entitlement Report lists the contents of employee's entitlement records. Information displayed includes: employee, absence code and year, carry over amount, total entitlements, carry over + entitlements, used and remaining entitlement amounts.

Year

  • Enter a valid range for the year in YYYY format. Entitlement records for the years within and including the specified year range will be considered for reporting.

Employee Categories

  • Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Entitlement records for employees matching the entered Categories will be considered for  reporting. If no categories are entered, all entitlement records will be considered for reporting.

Demo Departments

  • Enter up to 10 Department Codes. Entitlement Records for employees matching the entered Departments will be considered for  reporting. If no departments are entered, all entitlement records will be considered for reporting.

Demo Bargaining Units

  • Enter up to 10 Bargaining Units. Entitlement Records for employees matching the entered Bargaining Units will be considered for  reporting. If no bargaining units are entered, all entitlement records will be considered for reporting.

Demo Positions

  • Enter up to 10 Employee Positions. Entitlement records for employees matching the entered Positions will be considered for  reporting. If no positions are entered, all entitlement records will be considered for reporting.

Demo Locations

  • Enter up to 10 Employee Locations. Entitlement records for employees matching the entered Locations will be considered for  reporting. If no locations are entered, all entitlement records will be considered for reporting.

Absent Codes

  • Enter up to 10 valid absent codes.  Entitlement records with matching the entered Absence codes will be considered for reporting. If no absence codes are entered, all entitlement records will be considered for reporting.

Report Sort 

  • Enter a valid letter to sort the report in the order listed below:

Employee Sort 

  • Enter A to sort employees alphabetically by Name.

  • Enter N to sort employees numerically by Employee Number.

Include Table/Entitles/Both

  • Enter 'T' to include the table amounts in the report.

  • Enter 'E' to include entitlement amounts in the report.

  • Enter 'B' to include both table and entitlement amounts in the report.

  • Leave this field blank to exclude both table and entitlement amounts from the report.

Employee Selection

  • Enter A to consider all employees for selection.

  • Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
