The Dependent Disability Report lets you display employees that have dependents with disabilities. Selection criteria lets you select what disability code(s) to include.
Disability Code
Enter one at a time valid disability codes. Search for valid disability codes. Only employees with dependents with the specified disabilities will be selected.
Employee Sort
Choose A to sort alphabetically by employee name
Choose N to sort numerically by employee number
Employee Selection
Choose A to select all employees
Choose S to select specific employees
