Bargaining Unit FTE Report

The BARGAINING UNIT FTE REPORT lists and compares the allocated FTE/hour amounts to the assigned FTE/hour amounts to point out any discrepancies. Selection by year, teaching/non-teaching status, location, position, bargaining unit, category and department allow you compare and report specific groups of FTE allocations and assignments.
 
FTE Allocation Selection:

Year

Enter a valid four digit year for which to run this report. Only FTE Allocation records of the specified year will be selected for reporting.

Teaching/Non-Teaching

Enter 'T' to select FTE allocation records marked with a 'T'.

Enter 'N' to select FTE allocation records marked with an 'N'.

Bargaining Unit

Enter up to 10 Bargaining Units. Assignments with matching Bargaining Unit codes will be considered for reporting. If no bargaining units are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting. INCLUDE

Employee Assignments

Enter 'Y' to show employee assignments in this report.

Enter 'N' to omit employee assignments.

Enter 'S' to show the total assigned FTE amounts without the assignment details.

Employee Category

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees with matching Category codes will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Department

Enter up to 10 Departments. Employees that have eligible assignments with matching Departments will be considered for reporting. If no departments are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Location

Enter up to 10 Location Codes. Employees that have eligible assignments at matching locations will be considered for reporting. If no locations are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Position

Enter up to 10 Positions. Employees that have eligible assignments with matching Positions will be considered for reporting. If no positions are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.

Assignment As Of Date

Enter a valid assignment as of date in (YY)YYMMDD format. Only assignments current as of this date will be considered for reporting.

Include Leaves

Enter 'Y' to consider eligible leave assignments for reporting.

Enter 'N' to exclude all leave assignments.

Enter 'O' to consider only the leave assignments for reporting.

Units/FTE/Hours 

Enter 'U' to show the FTE/hours amounts in the units they were entered in.

Enter 'F' if you want the system to convert the entered units  into FTE for the report.

Enter 'H' if you want the system to convert the entered units into hours for the report.

Portrait/Landscape 

Enter 'P' to print the report in portrait mode.

Enter 'L' to print the report in landscape mode.

if you entered 'L'andscape the following prompts will appear:

Landscape Width (Chars Per Line)

Enter the maximum number of characters to print on each line of the report.

Landscape Length (Lines Per Page)

Enter the maximum number of lines to print per page of the report.

Wrap FTE Allocations 

Enter 'Y' to wrap the FTE Allocation headings onto more than one line if necessary.

Enter 'N' to print all FTE Allocation Headings on one line.

Include Summary 

Enter 'Y' to include 2 summaries at the end of the report. The summaries are:

  • Summary Location FTE Allocation Report:  This report shows the total weekly hours by FTE allocation code along with the annual hours, rate, and yearly gross.

  • Location FTE Allocation Versus Assigned Report: This report shows the assigned amount as compared to the allocated amount as well as the difference between the two. The posted amount is also shown.

Include Postings

Enter 'Y' to show all unfilled Job Postings at the bottom of each location's   listing.

PAGE BREAK 

Enter 'Y' to include a page break after each bargaining unit's listing. 

Enter 'N' if you do not want a page break after each bargaining unit's listing.

  Client customizations for this report:

Client:   1234 -    Cariboo-Chilcotin SD# 27

When checking the Employee Category, the Assignment Position's Category is checked instead of Employee's Demographic Category.

Client 3103 -       Regina Catholic SD# 81

Assignment Subject are included along with Subject levels and Employee Name is substituted for the Assignment Comment.
