Added new fields to the Absences and Dispatches table in HR Report Writer

What we’re doing:

Added absent and dispatched employee phone numbers and city.

Why we think you’ll like it:

School users reporting on absences and dispatches occasionally require access to a dispatched employee’s phone numbers. Schools may need to contact the dispatched employee if they haven’t shown up to their scheduled job, to discuss scheduling clarification, or other reasons. School users can also benefit from seeing the dispatched employee’s home city to have a better understanding of the travel distance/time required by the employee.

There are 3 sets for each absent and dispatched employee phone numbers.

• The field labeled listed will only print the employee’s phone number if it is not marked in demographics as unlisted.

• The field labelled unlisted will only print the employee’s phone number if it is marked as unlisted in demographics.

• The field labeled without listed or unlisted will print the employee’s phone number without any condition. The phone number will be printed if it is marked as unlisted or not.
