Y = Absence/Replacement information will display ONLY at the Auth Loc and Authorization will be completed by Auth Loc.
N = Absence/Replacement information will display at BOTH the assigned location and the Auth Loc, Authorization is completed by Auth Loc. This means even when the assigned location completes their daily and weekly reviews, the system will not consider those records authorized until it has been completed by the Auth Loc.
